Overview

Asiacom Group has been working since 2023 to reduce language barriers among its Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan desks by using the HQ AI Translation System for internal communication.

We first started with text-based internal messages. By allowing staff to send messages through the HQ AI Translation System, we reduced the time lost when moving to external translation tools and copying translated text back into internal communication channels.

Based on approximately three years of accumulated internal communication data and operational experience, we are now introducing a voice recognition system. Staff can speak in their native language, convert the spoken message into text, and send it through the HQ AI Translation System. On the receiving side, AI translates the message into each staff member’s native language and supports both display and read-aloud functions.

This system is designed for use on both PCs and smartphones, helping each desk communicate more smoothly while reducing keyboard input and translation-switching work.
