Change in New Inquiry Reception Flow

Asiacom Group is changing the new inquiry reception flow for Taiwan Desk and Philippines Desk as internal A2A (Agent to Agent) operations continue to develop.

Previously, new inquiries could be received separately by Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Manila, or each relevant desk. Going forward, new inquiries will first be received by the Hong Kong company. When necessary, Tokyo HQ will organize and route the content to Taiwan Desk, Philippines Desk, the Hong Kong company, or Tokyo HQ.

This change does not mean that Taiwan Desk or Philippines Desk will be reduced or suspended. Both desks will continue their regional information gathering, business coordination, and support for existing matters as before.

By reorganizing the new inquiry reception window, Asiacom Group aims to confirm inquiry content, share it with the appropriate desk, and conduct necessary internal checks more quickly and efficiently.

For existing business partners and related parties, communication will continue based on the existing contact persons and desk relationships. Tokyo HQ and the Hong Kong company will support information organization when needed.

TAIWAN DESK / PHILIPPINES DESK

Continued Operations of Taiwan and Philippines Desks

Taiwan Desk and Philippines Desk will continue to operate as regional desks of Asiacom Group. This change only reorganizes the reception route for new inquiries and does not mean the suspension of either desk.

FUTURE POLICY

Future Direction

Asiacom Group will continue to use internal A2A to improve information sharing among the Hong Kong company, Tokyo HQ, Taiwan Desk, and Philippines Desk, while maintaining efficient inquiry handling and continued regional desk operations.
