Test Operation for External A2A Support

Asiacom Group has started a limited information disclosure and test operation for external A2A (Agent to Agent) support through its official AI assistant, Blue Ive.

External A2A refers to an initiative that allows our public information and inquiry channels to respond more appropriately to access from external AI agents or automated inquiry systems. The purpose is to support initial guidance and proper routing, while keeping the scope of public information controlled.

In this test operation, we are not disclosing all information at once. Instead, we are starting from a limited range of public information, such as company profile details, inquiry routes, and basic information that can be publicly shared. This allows us to verify how AI-originated inquiries can be organized and guided without relying on excessive automation.

Blue Ive receives inquiries from the web, telephone-related routes, and AI-based access as a first contact point. After checking the inquiry content, Blue Ive helps connect the matter to the relevant desk, person in charge, or internal AI system.

Even under external A2A operations, AI is used only as a support system for initial confirmation and guidance. Important decisions and case-specific responses will continue to be handled by our staff after confirming the content.
