AI OPERATION
Basic Approach to AI Use
Asiacom Group does not use AI in one uniform way for all operations. We basically adjust the method of use and the depth of confirmation
according to the business content, purpose, nature of information, and presence or absence of external impact.
For example, the confirmation level required for supportive uses such as information organization or initial draft preparation differs from the level required for external explanations or formal documents.
DATA HANDLING
Personal Information and Confidential Information
Asiacom Group operates with consideration for appropriate handling of personal information and confidential information based on purpose of use,
necessity, sharing scope, external impact, and related factors.
When using AI, we also consider the content of input information, whether storage is necessary, the possibility of external sharing,
and whether the information will be used externally. We review input methods, sharing methods, and handling methods when necessary.
OUTPUT CHECK
Inappropriate Output, Misinformation, and Defamation Risk
Asiacom Group places importance on confirming AI output according to its content, rather than using it directly for external publication or formal explanation.
In particular, misinformation, misleading expressions, expressions that may harm the reputation or credibility of individuals or corporations,
discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate expressions are reviewed, corrected, or stopped when necessary before external use.
EXTERNAL DOCUMENTS
External Documents and External Explanations
Asiacom Group may use AI for draft preparation or information organization. However, contracts, important external explanations,
formal responses, and public documents are confirmed by humans when necessary before the final content is determined.
RECORDS
Recordability and Explainability
In AI and information management operations, Asiacom Group operates with awareness of recordability and explainability when necessary,
including purpose of use, target operations, confirmation history, whether external use exists, and responses when issues occur.
We consider this important for continuous improvement and sharing among related parties.
